Appointments:

We run our surgeries by an appointment only system. Appointments can be booked by telephone: 01904 706455

 

​We try to make sure you see the clinician of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another clinician.

 

Patients may request a chaperone before a personal examination.

 

Home Visits:

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10am. Home visits take up much more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.

We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.

Disabled access:

There is access for the disabled to all of our ground floor consultation rooms. The surgery entrances are flat , there are no steps and a ramp is not necessary. Internal doors and corridors are wide enough to allow for wheelchair access. Disabled toilet facilities are available. A portable hearing loop is provided at the reception desk.

 

Car parking:

Copmanthorpe has limited car parking facilities on site.
